its completely stock. only thing done to it is i painted the valve cover cast iron grey and last night i made an adapter to allow me to put on an air filter at the end of my stock intake tube instead of the big box.

Alright, what are your plans for the car? i.e. autocross, road racing, drag racing/street racing etc. That's where I would start and then move on from there modifying the car around it's soon to be purpose.

Ok, with the B18A1's you can start with the basics...Intake, header, full exhaust. That will open the motor up a bit and allow it to breathe a bit.

What's the mileage on the motor, have you preformed a compression test or leak down on it? If so then you can move on to other mods such as...

Cams.
Cam gears.
Head work.
Chipped ECU running a program of your choice.
Drivetrain work i.e tranny, clutch, flywheel axles.

If you feel like pulling the motor and doing a full build there are tons of things you can do to it, but how much are you willing to spend on this project?
